Vacation!
Nothing is better than a vacation!!! Even if it’s just a day break to go to the beach!!! Xxx
Summer is much different in Canada than in England I think lol I’m not looking forward to it at all! I have to move, I have to actually start paying for my living space once I do, have a summer only job, I start my teaching career in September so I’m freaking out, I have to leave my current job and kidlets. Summer isn’t good for me lol
Aww, it sounds like you have a lot going on! Xxx
haha! I do! But that’s ok! It means big and good changes are coming my way!
I don’t think I’m looking forward to summer. I mean, I’m looking forward to it in the sense that I work in an elementary school and summer for the kids means no work for me for two and a half months. But I absolutely despise heat and humidity. And, as I write this, southwest Virginia is at the beginning of a week+ long heat wave where we’ll experience temperatures in the 90s (F) every day along with high humidity. The long range forecast gives no relief in the near future. I very much miss the winter right now.
I’m not a fan of prolonged heat waves… last year we had really high temps here and when I moved it was the hottest day of the year. I found that freezing water in a dish or cake tin and then sitting it in front of a fan can help to cool things down! Roxy, my dog loved to sit right in front of the fan and have the ice last hit her! Xxx
