Today’s Shout Out goes to Anne of Tatterhood Witch, which has been running for the past 5 or 6 years-ish!

Anne’s blog covers all sorts of different topics

Randomness – Writing – Hobbies/Interests – Art – Music – Movies – Shit

and there is plenty to capture most people’s interests!  Anne writes some really beautiful poetry, and some really interesting life posts, currently ones about leaving certain social media platforms.

I asked which post(s) were Anne’s favourites and she gave me the link to this post

  • Video Juke-Blog which has some brilliant feel-good tunes and is definitely worth a listen/view!  I’d forgotten how cool some of the tracks made me feel when they first came out and even what the music videos were like!

An interesting fact about Tatterhood is

I only get an hour a day to write during my lunch and that’s on a shared computer so my work has been known to be accidently deleted occasionally.

Which is pretty amazing when you realise that Anne blogs daily!

Today’s Saturday Shout Out goes to Megan of A Geeky Gal.  Megan has been running her blog for the past 5 years though has been blogging in cyberspace for around 6 years or so!

My blog is about geeky things: video & board game reviews, anime reviews, cosplay, geek fashion, and more.  I even do yearly 3- Day Challeges that centre on geek subjects like anime and video games.  I just released that a new series called Mental Health in the Geek Community where I tackle strategies for things like burn out, self care, making friends as an adult and more.

Saturday Shout Out – Loved By Millie

Today’s Saturday Shout Out goes to a new to me blogger called Millie who blogs over at Loved By Millie.  Millie has been running her blog for the past 5 months (since Feb 1st!), her blog is a lifestyle blog focusing on small, independent businesses, local businesses and small shops.  I think that it is so important to support local businesses and stores, whether online or by visiting in person, these places are the personality of our high streets and set one town apart from another!  It is such a refreshing change and so lovely being able to hop on over to her blog to find smaller businesses to support rather than just buying from big chain stores!
